This Privacy Policy explains how SIA Ankravs Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our application WinMessages and our Meta app VivienneBusiness (the “App”).

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of our App and related services that connect to the WhatsApp Business Platform / WhatsApp Cloud API provided by Meta.

SIA Ankravs Inc. is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data received through the App.

2. What Our App Does

WinMessages is a business messaging solution that allows authorized business users to connect their WhatsApp Business account to our system.

Through the WhatsApp Cloud API, our App may:

• receive incoming WhatsApp messages sent to the connected business account,
• receive related message metadata and webhook events,
• store message data in our system,
• display message data to authorized business users,
• support replying to customer messages through the connected business account,
• maintain technical logs needed for security, diagnostics, and service operation.

3. What Data We Collect

Depending on how the App is used, we may collect and process the following categories of data:

a) WhatsApp message data

• message content,
• message timestamps,
• message IDs,
• delivery and status information,
• attached media metadata and, where applicable, media content.

b) Contact and account data

• customer phone number,
• WhatsApp business phone number,
• WhatsApp business account identifiers,
• phone number ID and related business account metadata.

c) Technical and usage data

• webhook payloads,
• API response data,
• system event logs,
• IP addresses and access logs,
• diagnostic and error information.

d) Business user data

If business users access our system, we may also process account and login-related information necessary to provide access securely.

4. How We Use the Data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• to provide the App and its messaging functionality,
• to receive and process incoming WhatsApp messages,
• to display conversations to authorized business users,
• to send or support replies to customer messages,
• to identify the connected business account,
• to maintain message history and service continuity,

We do not sell personal data obtained through Meta or WhatsApp.

We may use service providers to help us operate the App, including providers of:

Where such providers process Meta or WhatsApp-related data on our behalf, they do so only under our instructions and only to provide services to us.

Our App operates in connection with Meta’s platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform / WhatsApp Cloud API. Data may be received from Meta and processed within our App in order to provide messaging functionality.

Meta and WhatsApp may also process data independently under their own terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy applies only to data processing carried out by SIA Ankravs Inc. in connection with our App.
